Hi and thanks in advance for any help to a newbee!

I am currently using wall.fm as a tester for my start up and its absolutely great to test and research by business idea but I want to be sure that when I move to Oxwall that there is the potencial to build in the features I will require to add real value to my community. I am not a developer myself so I would be looking to work with developers on this.

The crux of what I want it an 'open' network where people can have simple profile, forum, updates, blog etc (which is pretty standard suff) but the main idea of the business is for them to find/create the right 'private network' of 4-6 people to join. These private networks then pay for a period of 3,6 or 12 months to work through a programme that I am designing. These private networks will require features such as:

The options of being moderated by a coach.

Special plugin such as timeline management, job lists etc that will need to be created.

Have sidebars of an agenda during video conferences.

Delivery of specialist content/support from us during the 3, 6 or 12 months

Collaborative mindmaping software.

I understand that these sorts of things will take time to develop but a wanted to know if Oxwall is a) is the right platform to use and b) what the market like for developers to do such work and c) and advice would be ace!

Thanks in advance

Graham
