Would you enable DEV_MODE in ow_includes/config.php file and try it again? What actually error message do you see?

I apologize for the delay in responding, enabled the DEV_MODE but the error continued. I gave up using the plugin by people issues. they permit, topic will be active if someone meets the same problem. Thank you.

Open ow_includes/config.php file. Find a constant DEBUG_MODE and set it in TRUE.

Check an error again.

I had same problem with the latest fb connect, but now is already resolved, when i turn on the debug mode, the wacthdog plugin denied the fb connect, ow_plugins/watchdog/bol/watchdog_list_dao.php, sorry my englis is so poor, coz i'am indonesian.
