I installed OXWALL today and none of my users and even i can not change my avatar after clicking on the change avatar button it stops in loading.

Can you provide screenshots? It's difficult to solve a problem without seeing what is happening

What the browser are you using? Have a look at this list of browsers supported by Oxwall : https://docs.oxwall.org/overview:supported_browsers .
Make sure that the server requirements are completely met: http://www.oxwall.org/hosting .
Do you use third-party plugins? Did you try to deactivate all third-party plugins to exclude them?
Did you enable the DEBUG_MODE to see if there are any PHP errors: https://docs.oxwall.org/plugin-tuts:enable-debug ?
Did you try to enable FireBug console to see if there is any JS errors: https://docs.oxwall.org/faq:parse-error-troubleshooting?
Did you try to clear the site and browser caches?
