[Solved] NO CONNECTION - BLANK SCREEN | Forum

Hello,

I'm really bummed for two months no one want to help me !!

I have no connection to my site every two-three days I have a blank screen and nothing happens and it returned after a break of nearly 6 hours or more.


I followed the safety instruction and I have the following plugins:

Spamming killer + + watchdog firwell

I closed my site.

I added the issue to discourage spammers.

I require new registrations to put their picture.


I disabled lees third party plugins


and always the same problems and certainly no answers !!

here am someone be kind and help me please to solve my problem.

Smec's please enable debug mode and repeat the steps to get to the blank screen you're referring to, you should see some error instead of blank screen. 

Copy the error here, so we could assist you.

Seems like theme problem, have you tried re-uploading your theme?

Have you tried moving to oxwall default theme (origin) or re-upload your 'exodus' theme?

Smec's the following folders: 


ow_pluginfiles, 

ow_userfiles

ow_static and 

ow_smarty/template_c 

should have 777 permissions and they have to be set recursively, please check, if not, please set the correct permissions and check if the issue persists.

ok thx all for your quick reponse, I just did what you said to me ross.

and yesterday i tried to overwrite files manually in ow_themes theme folder and i clear my website by caching Enabling DEV fashion and refreshing my website.


as I've said the creator of the plugin in its forum here: http://www.oxwall.org/forum/topic/38806


it function well. this morning the same problem and I remade the same thing it working again we will see tonight if it's good or not.

let me explain what I'm doing before this happened to me.

it was with the pluging speed optimezer who asks to have a version 5.4 php by the creator Sardar of plugin me say this here in this tutorial: http://www.oxwall.org/forum/topic/37936.


So here it turns out that I was seeing my hosting: http://www.ovh.co.uk/

and I saw that I had disabled the files provided by my hosting

and I saw that I have a update with php5.4 version of my hosting space.


here is that now I have no problem I'll put the speed optimizer plugin and see what happens.


and I will keep you aware of this bug.

yes everything is now ok thank you very much for your help so fast.

for now I'll do with it server that does not execute my cron every minute!

and reactivate the plugin speed optimizer and see how it will happen.
