I tried to buy a plugin, but "wallox" wouldn't accept my username. Probably because I don't know what my username is. I signed up with an email address and my name Lisa, and it won't accept either of these as my "username". Need a little guidance.

You can always check your username by looking at your profile URL.

and your username is lisap
