I am trying to edit "Welcome to our new site! Feel free to participate in our community!" which I found in the install.sq. file that placed it in the database ow_base_component_setting. I edited the database and worded it to what I wanted it to be, saved it, cleaned the cache with the cache extreme plugin and there is still no change. Even if I enable dev mode to true there is still no change. I am using v 1.7.5 with your updated theme. What am I doing wrong/ Thanks again....
