I've tried it in IE and Chrome. Dragging just creates a bunch of empty boxes but doesn't move anything.

Drag and drop what, widgets, pages in the admin panel?
Do you have any 3rd party plugins?

Any place it says drag and drop. I have one 3rd party plugin, Top - it puts buttons in the top menu. But I had the drag and drop issue before I even used that.

Terry did you upload any js files to ow_static folder? Because I see js error in the console, which is related to the jquery-ui-1.8.9.custom.min.js file however we do not use it this legacy file anymore
Can you please enable dev mode on your website, refresh your website disable dev mode and try again to drag-and-drop and see if the issue persists?

Hi ... I have exactly the same problem, tried the above (developer mode on/off) --> doesnt work (showcase theme).
