I am not sure why I am getting these cron errors:

Lastly how to clear these errors I mean should I just delete the files to reset them?

For some reason the software cannot connect to mysql server, make sure you're using the right access details? If you are, contact your hosting provider to resolve the issue, something is wrong on their end.
