I cannot get this plugin to work! When I enable it I get a "Error 500 Internal Server Error".

I don't know what you mean by "enable debug mode"! But here is the full error I get;
400. That’s an error.
Error: redirect_uri_mismatch

Where do you get this error, what does it have to do with advertisement plugin?
