The video can be marked as featured by any user, so to make videos marked by users non-featured you need to do that via phpmyadmin -> go to ow_video_clip_featured table-> delete all records from there

To reduce video to small size, I believe you're referring to the video widget, you need to click on customize this page button (if it is index page) scroll to the video widget and click on the gear icon and then check show video titles settings and save the settings you applied

do that to the profile page video widget via admin panel from here: www.site.com/admin/user-profile by clicking on the gear icon of video widget
