Subcategories are not nesting in the select drop-down menu,
In the admin area and on the submission form.

I was planing to create a large classified directory with subcategories at three levels deep but if the categories are not nesting in the drop-down select menus then it would just be far to confusing for anyone to figure out what is a top level category or an actual sub-category.
Is it passable to fix this?
Also how can I keep users from submitting ads to a top level category?

It was made as a design change. I will see what can be done to make it as before.

It's not a critical function and this was removed some time ago but some users want it back. It will be done based on the priority.
I assure you that I will do the needful in the coming weeks.

I would think that having nested sub-categories would be a high priority considering without it you can not distinguish the difference between a top level category and/or a sub-category when creating a new ad therefore it renders this plug-in useless for anyone that plans to use sub-categories.
If I sound UN-happy it's because I spent $20.00 on a plug-in that I can not use, wasted my time weighting for a reply from you and not to mention that this ticket has been open now for 23 days and you are giving me some BS excuse that it's not a priority.
Well now you can just take your time fixing this plug-in I do not care I will build this project with Joomla or WordPress because I do not have months to build a site.
You have wasted my time and money and at the very least you could give me a refund.

I don't think, nesting in an drop-down list makes sense. so its left this way.
