I would like to make a sub-navigation on my site, and I do not see a plugin for this. I'm thinking of trying to make one, but how possible is this? I mean I have never made a plugin before, but wanted to try. I can't afford to buy one any time soon, so I won't request for one, I'll either have to make it or deal without it. Just curious if maybe there  might be one and I'm just not seeing it or if someone can lead me to figure out how to go about all this??
