Does anyone have code or library routine already in existence to insert to send auto backups to Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.? (Cloud Storage provider of choice...)

There are no plugins to back websites up to a cloud storage site like there is in WordPress.

Terry Ash , Oxwall software doesn't have native back up tool in the first place.
Therefore it is much better finding tool to store your back up on clouds directly within your control panel. Control panel ( ex: cPanel) do have back up withards, and they might have an option of storing back up on clouds : https://www.hivelocity.net/kb/cpanel-backup-cloud-storage/
