Do you use third-party plugins?
Did you try to deactivate all third-party plugins to exclude them?

Munawar, currently our assumption is that some cron tasks may cause this issue if new files are generated every 5 minutes. Or perhaps, the issue occurs because of a plugin. To assist you in the best way please give us more details. Could you specify what folders contain new created files, for instance: ow_pluginfiles folder, ow_userfiles folder or another folder. Also, provide us the list of the created files' names. You can find out this information using FTP or SSH access.

hosting provider saying issue is cron job i have set it every 30min but now no one showing logout
