every page view including pages that there not even a way to post smilies loads every smileys
and adds a lot to page load times
or if they have to be loaded due to the popup being slow to load on click it then
can they be loaded after page render or something

it will be more good if it is just load smiles wich peoples use in page. i have a lot of smiles it is making very hight mb on my website size.
