Yes. It is possible. I have successfully tested importing blogger blog into oxwall.
It is easy to convert wordpress export file in to blogger format. There are already many free scripts available online. And then we an import that to oxwall using my script.

If possible send me your wordpress export file to me via private msg. Let me test it with my plugin. Plugin is almost completed.
Currently all the imported posts are assigned to Admin. I am working on to provide the option to assign to other users.
