Hey,
Maybe oxwall asks for the ftp access. Otherwise you cant update a plugin automaticly.
An other option oxwall asks you for the access key.
Its the long string with numbers and chars like "7wdhasbj3932ir23jni2332rbihg0".
It was sent to you after you bought the plugin.
