Thank you for your response, it seems to be able to work on Internet Explorer not others, there are no errors showing to explain why this is, so if you try on ie or even go to login directly http://social.facetaskers.com/sign-in and the use test login username: test and pword: hello11

Cindy, I just tested sign-in in Chrome and Firefox everything works as it should be. Please check. The issue you were having is probably related to the theme or plugins you use on your website.

I have activated everything one by one and everything is working for now, still no idea what it was but its working now :)
