The Dev responded to my issue with the top menu items. He said he will release an update soon.Thats good to hear, I still can't get the spvideo plug in to work, so will get my IT guy in to have a look.

Double check to make sure you have the version 2.0.1 zip file. This was the one that has the video quality menu in the admin panel.

Wish I had more answers for you. Here are the steps I took.
1. Uninstalled the old 1.2 version from the active plugins.
2. Deleted it from the available plugins.
3. Ran my "Cache Cleaner Extreme" to clear the cache.
4. Uploaded the new Version 2.0.1
5. Installed it from the available plugins.
6. At first I didn't see the video quality drop down list in the admin panel, so I ran "Cache Cleaner Extreme" again; then everything was there. The only thing I did from there, short of playing around with it, was turn the "paste link" option off due to the top menu items issue.

Got it working eventually, thanks Darryl. I see the issue with the drop down from top menu, hopefully this will be fixed soon.
