User Photos disappeared after update | Forum

After update user photos have disappeared from the site. The photos are still in the ow_userfiles/plugins/photo folder but are no longer on the site.
I don't think it's theme related because it happens on all themes

i have the exact same problem, only i had it before i even did the update ... i thought maybe doing the update might magically fix it lol ... the address that the photos are located at remains the same as Joe stated they are all still in their appropriate folders and are listed as such in the admin area as well , but none of them load , if you try to put in just the address of the image into the address bar , u get a 404 error... the folders and all files permissions are also set accordingly ...  so I just have no clue what else to look for , meanwhile my logos and all the user avatars and images are not showing at all ... Please advise

if it helps any ... all permissions are set to 777 the photo plug in was also updated ... the problem seems to lie in the path not being recognized... even when i try to just copy and paste the url directly to a particular image it shows as a 404 error , yet when i go to them thru an ftp client or thru cpanels file manager the photos are all there in the exact place the url leads to from within oxwal.

That means something is wrong with the mod_rewrite module on your server
