What do you mean you send new pass? Do you mean you use forgot password option?

When I import users from CSV and ON option send new pass - they receive password but not a username. I have checked letter - it has username key - but not showing in letters...

Yevhen, we could not reproduce the issue on our site, the username is shown properly.
