I want to know if there is any way to see everyone's post on mural
without having to add as friend or follow that person.
Everyone, not only the admin.

There a plugin that will make everyone friends with everyone. Although I don't think that is what you need?

I would also like to know how to do what you say, we don;t use friends plugin. I guess I caould try to do the same sort of plugin with following, but lets see if anyone else has a thought.

For exemple: what happen if I remove follow and friends plugin?In your site you can still see the other people posts?...
This plugin would solve the problem, but can get it only on next friday! xD

I was question this because my SN has an average quantity of users, but they don't know they have to add them as friends or follow to see their posts (even if tell them how to do it)...
And I'm trying to make them life easyer...

Carlos, as far as I understand you have found the suitable solution and I'm going to mark this thread as Solved then.
But just in case let me give a bit information on what kind of Newsfeeds we have:
Index Newsfeed: for activity of all users of the website,
Dashboard Newsfeed: for activity of your friends members you follow,
Profile Newsfeed: for your activity only.
This is valid for cases when the Friends plugin is not installed.
