hi I followed the oxwall docs instruction on how to put image background on my sign in page but still no changes on the sign in page background.. I'm currently using ethos theme.

After doing changes you need to go /ow_include/config.php
then enable DEV mode browse any page then disable it again
enable =true
disable = false

Richard this dos is for www.sitename.com/sign-in page only.
If you are checking this within the sign in pop up you won't be able to see your changes.
Can you add screen shots of what you did ( screen shot of your CSS + screen shot of the image URL in Graphics section)?
