Hello,

two members registered on my oxwall site but forgot to sign out.

For some reasons, they still appear logged in, although they are not anymore (screenshot attached).

Any idea how to solve this issue ?

Thank you very much for your time.

The thing with the Cron notification is that if your Cron runs at least ones this notification disappears and it will never come back. The fact that you don't have notification means that:
- you have configured Cron in past and it did run at least once but then for some reason it stopped running.
- at some point in past you have run cron manually via www.sitename.com/ow_cron/run.php URL.

Therefore absence of this notification doesn't indicate that your Cron is up and running.

Checking when your Cron run last time is very easy.
Open your database >> ow_base_cron_jobs table ( https://skatips.wordpress.com/...es-ow_base_cron_job/ ) .

Find Cron job called "BASE_Cron::run"  and one that is related to deleteExpiredOnlineUser ... Copy timestamps of those jobs >> convert them into human readable format and you will see when was the last time your Cron run.

Hello Tammy,

1) I wasn't able to install the cron test plugin, it didn't work.

Attribute page configuration after the plugin upload:

hostname: (identical to ftp hostname), username: ftp username, password: ftp password

port:21

My credentials are not being authenticated. (It works for ftp.)

2) I tried to have the cronjob run through an external service (https://cron-job.org), it didn't work either, the screenshot is in the attachment.

Thanks for your help. K.

I do not because the correct settings cron themselves are put to vote! You against Russia is something you have?

Hello,

I was able to resolve the Cron Job issue with my webhosting company, i.e: without installing the plugin.

Thank you for your help.

To my good friend Maksim: I am out of your depth, man.

Here is my suggestion for you: Since this is supposedly an English-speaking forum, I suggest you post your next question in Russian. I'll reply in French and, hopefully, your follow-up statement will be in Finnish.

Better yet, Mandarin.

I am sure the forum members will find that quite beneficial.
