Why is this available for all users to implement? - User Add | Forum

I bought this thinking it would be only used by the admin or by whomever the admin selected to have the privilege of adding a user. When I installed this I found that anyone can add a user. I don't want just anyone adding users to the site. I only want the admin to have this capability. Is there any way to change that?

Hey Jen,
have you already checked the user roles?
There is a role for adding users.
Also moderator can always add users even they arent authorized by the user role itself
