Can Oxwall do somthing that that when we make changes within the system it does not delete our custom changes that have been made.

We made some changes within our system to split the news feed stories so that they are separated instead of the faint line (on twitox theme). However once we do any of the updates the system deletes all of our changes and reverts back to original

Mohammed, that is why we do not recommend to do modification in the code itself. We recommend to apply them via the custom made plugins and recommend to do the CSS changes via Admin panel. This way, you'll have the option to tweak your plugin to work with the updated version and not to loose your graphics or custom CSS.
