I have the same problem with 1.8.

Classifieds which need to be approved by an admin, cannot be approved by an admin..
Only automatic approval works.

And also:

- you cannot disable the disclaimer. If you disable this in the admin, the disclaimer is still visible in the  ad
- the flag function doesn't work (once an ad have been flagged, it doesn't show up under in the moderation section
- if an ad has been disapproved the tag is still visible in the "tag search" (which is not good). Once you click on the ad, it show that the ad need admin approval first (which is good)

1) Please confirm if double-click on the approve button for admin works?

2) Disclaimer issue is due to cache.

3) Flag issue is under fix and will be done.

4) Oxwall does not have feature to filter tags as per our needs. Working on it too.
