For the record, I have searched the forums and couldn't find any solution to my problem. I'm using OXwall 1.8.0 and get an error on my page each time I enable the Advertisement plugin.

Lukma, there were some changes in 1.7.3 Oxwall version. One of them is the new Geolocation IPs database plugin.
This plugin contains two database tables with the list of countries and IPs. As not every user need to use this tables they have been moved to the external plugin to improve the database performance. So presently you can see in description of the Advertisement plugin the reference to the Geolocation IPs database plugin. And you can use them in a pair to add geo-targeting for your ads.
So, if you upload 1.7.3 and higher Oxwall versions and need the geolocation functionality for the Advertisement plugin, just use the Geolocation IPs database plugin: http://www.oxwall.org/store/item/1077.
