is there a way to exclude a photo from the page mysite.com/photo/viewlist/newest ?

This page displays all photos from all albums of all users. As a moderator I decide that several photos should not be displayed for all users at this page. But these photos are alloud to stay in user's album. Is there a way not to delete these photos but just to exclude them from mysite.com/photo/viewlist/newest ?
