is it possible to make tinychat subscription only so its only available to subscribed users rather than all free users ? if possible that would great help like major help

This is a custom code modification as the default software does not have such functionality.
You need to do that on your own or hire a programmer.

Place a tiny chat embed in a group and make the group available only for the subscribed roles.
