Payed members Account Paid (User Profile) allow set payment profile. Members can purchase eg. premium profile for payment using PayPal. Premium account based on user roles. As admin you can set price for selected roles (you must have more then one roles in your system). When admin change role, then member will see result after execute your cron tab. Admin can manual change members roles. Members can bought premium account (payment account) from self profile.

NOTE: Plugin does not lend - some people are trying to extort plugins without paying. How do you have a problem with the plugin, the first contact with me giving the address 

of the page where the problem is. I will try to find the cause. In order to solve the problem, maybe I can ask for login and password for the admin account, or rarely with
