I see your website is ok now.

As I guess from what you wrote you restored you backup.

As to not loosing photos - I don't understand, do you want to restore the backup without loosing photos, which were uploaded after doing backup?

That's right, they've backed up database recovery in no time with a database dump. I would like to understand how you do do not miss the photo files.

Unfortunately as all the files and database were overwritten/restored you can not do anything regarding the photos which were uploaded after the time when backup was made.

You can run the restore of the database without overwriting the file backup. And that way you do not lose photos and site data

When you restore the backup, you're not overwriting files you're restoring old ones it's like you replace the files on the server and replace your database

i'm sorry I don't understand what you want to achieve.

Can you please shed some light how you restored the users photo after restoring backup? I think it will be useful for other community members.

Certainly Ross,

Then when you have to do a restore of the site without losing files or photos to your Social Memberships is a procedure that is done by your Cpanel.

If you have a daily backup with your hosting, you download the backup date choice, I recommend a day before the error occurs.

It unpacks the rar file copy, open the folder mysql and copy documents folder on the Desktop or the sql database file.

Go in Cpanel under Restore Mysql database and from there to load the sql file.

After reloading the page of the site is restored and the date of the backup choice.

Practically it restores the database dump
