I need to change text on the "My Dashboard" and translate it to another langauge.
The text is :

Feel free to participate in our community!
Above this text is the button "Welcome" this also need to be changed on another language.
I try to do to this in admin panel on the language settings, but cant find ho to do this.
Please advice me what I need to do.
