Kieron, as I mentioned - there are not all members shown.. there are more than 30 online, while only 6 in a list on screenshot.

Ilja, if online users appear in chat, you must have a conversation with that users previously or be friends with them. Also, please check whether your cron job is properly configured. There are a lot of posts on Forum related to the cron issue.
