Hello,
It seems that the source code of the plugin was updated to the latest version but the db was not. So check that you updated the plugin db from the admin panel. Or you can re-install the plugin.

when i click leave group. i get this error.

The problem is not related to Group Cover plugin. The reason of the issue is SEO plugin which changes all group urls including "Leave" url - this leads to the error.
