Wonder if anyone could help possibly Please?

I purchased a few plugins and they keep telling me I need USER CREDITS plugin.

I have searched in the plugins admin section and can't find it.
I have searched the Oxwall Store and that makes no sense to this plugin.

Could someone please help.
How do I get User Credits installed please?

Does it come with Oxwall?
Do I need to Purchase it?

Your help would be so very much appreciated.
I would be extremely grateful if anyone could help please.
