Where does one actually edit the source code for Oxwall??
I know how to do the CSS but what about the index page and everything else.

Ok, I figured out that you edit the source code in the host that the oxwall.zip file was uploaded to.
I've been editing the code but nothing happens when I refresh the site. Am I missing something?

you need to edit /ow_includes/config.php and enable DEV mode (bottom of file), refresh the page and then disable DEV mode
