Hello, i just thought seeing as i am having a few errors on the general setup i would start a thread.

i am installing and doing as it says in the install, pasting the config information, cron information etc, i then make sure all folders have all the right permissions that i am aware of, i then go to install plugins which is fine, but then i go to the links admin settings and get a line 53 error and saying the /controller/admin.php for the links admin is deprecated. I also find myself having broken images, i then re-write the file permissions that are needed and it solves the broken images, but as soon as i upload a new picture i have to do the permissions again to display the photo...any idea's how to fix these generic installation problems??
