i build a community for users from 14 to 100 years.
some users want to upload adult content as pictures.
so i need a second photo plugin to the normal photo plugin.
i set up 3 user roles. 1. normal unprooft user, 2. prooft users under 18 years and 3. prooft users over 18 years.
so far so good...
- can i set up your plugin into the user roles that only the role 3 can access to your plugin?
- if any user from user role 3 upload a picture, will it display into the newsfeed and wall, or not? and if yes, will the picture displayed or an dummy for users that not in user role 3?
- is it so that than only users from users roles 3 can see pictures from other users from user role 3?
i hope your plugin make it all as i need it :-)

Hey,
my plugin provides 5 user roles
- create album (public, password, friends, selected users)
- and viewing an album
if someone doesnt have access a default picture will be shown.
so yes you can set that only role 3 is authorized to create an view private albums.
and no, there are no newsfeedentries (yet).

hello mike,
so far... i buy it, i install it, it works, but ...
if you go to the own profile, it display a widget, so is it empty, displays a message, the messages is too large and dont looks good. i think the problem ist the box in that the messages will display.
any way to change it that it displays better?

hello again,
so i found a display bug too...
if i go to display all privte albums from the own profile, it displays all 3 tabs fine, but under it displays a button (think add a album) but the txt on it is unreadable.

Hey,
Ja das Problem kenne ich. Ist aber leider ein Problem mit dem Theme.
Du könntest das Lösen indem du die linke Spalte breiter machst oder sie css Datei änderst.
ebenso ist das zweite mit dem Button leider ein Themefehler...
wenn du willst kann ich mir das mal anschauen, wenn du mir mal den link deiner Webseite (und eventuell einen testaccount) als PN schickst.

erstmal danke für das feedback und zum zweiten... auf deutsch gehts mir gleich besser und ich muss mir nicht einen aus der krone brechen wegen englisch :D
zum thema zurück...
mit allen anderen plugins habe ich keine probleme mit den ansichten. und ich habe nicht nur standard plugins sondern 5 zugekaufte aus dem store hier.
in welcher css datei ist den der wert wegen dem widget verankert? und wie lautet den die variable dazu? (würde mir die suche deutlich erleichtern)
ich benutze folgendes theme:
gibt es den eine lösung für die probleme mit dem theme was ich nutzen möchte?

ich habe mal ein standard theme (Сrayon) probiert. da ist dann das problem mit den button nicht mehr, aber das problem mit dem widget auf der ansicht vom eigenen profil ist weiterhin vorhanden.

ja find ich auch. Hier macht eh jeder Ei eigenen Thread für ein Problem auf. Egal das Problem schon mal behandelt wurde oder nicht...
Wie gesagt, kann ich es mir mal anschauen, wenn du mir die Adresse deiner Seite schickst und eventuell noch einen testaccount.
