i want to use sign-in page first page

Just open your admin dashboard, go to pages -> manage pages. There you can find a page called "join". Place this page via drag and drop on the first position of your main menu. It should be your start page then.
If you don't want unregistered users to see any other page, you have to hover over the page in "manage pages" and click on the small "edit" button. Uncheck "visible for guests".
