Not quite. This plugin makes it easier for you to display new features simply by editing the fields in the language section.

not if i use dev language tools and make a text key and wow then i can do the same but way easier by just edit one language value 

and even if i done but edit each html block oooh theres only 2 place to edit hmmmmmm
how many language values in your plugin you have to edit hahahahhahahahaha

Really, you can get five new feature names and their descriptions to scroll with one language key? I don't think so.
