I believe these are third party plugins, make sure you have the values for the keys in the Languages section

You can search by the keys adding dev-tools to url, like this: admin/settings/dev-tools/languages

after that you'll see a check box "in keys" next to the search area

Search for the key and make sure the value is there, if it is not, contact plugin developer to resolve the issue. 

What about if I change the values in the Language configuration, one by one, and all the visible items or labes?

yes, you can find the keys and change the values, but if they do not change specifically for those 3rd party plugins and other parts of the software change fine, you need to contact plugin developer in this case.

Because finally it is not important, and I can let only english, so, then I can change the values key by key...

If English version shows the values, that means you need to add values in your Spanish version only
