yes would be a good start at try clean up the place
they could even make it better and have it sort of rate plugins
how clean the script is etc
implement it in say 1.9
then in 2.0 make it so if plugins fail they auto removed from the store until they are fixed
of cause warn all dev in 1.9 that buy 2.0 this will happen
it could even have set up error reporting that generates reports that go direct to the plugin dev make it so much easier for them to fix there plugins
even set it at say 20 error reports that the dev has not addressed removes there plugin from the store
even have a dev testing mode in it so plugin dev make there plugins add test them once they are happy it can then send report to plugin store moderators saying the plugin is good enough to go in the store
heaps can be done and will be a good step for oxwall to start turn the huge mess around
even have it work the other way around so it rate plugin users
ie ppl that report plugins that are almost always found to be a problem as 5 stars
ppl that just report because they can and found almost always false reports 1 star
so they can be categorise ie to many high stars users have reported the plugin
so action blar blar will be taken untill its resolved
