in the invite members section in a group there is not filter to search users for names or similar; the member of group must be scroll all users and select one to invite.
Is there a feature that allow a filter or a search?

I always thought this was a native Oxwall feature. I do get it when I have the Group Cover plugin activated, but I'm not entirely sure if it's that plugin specifically that's making the search bar come up.
You might want to ask the author if this is an intended feature, no time at the moment to dig through and see what actually enabled the search bar.
