If a user is a member of a private group and is participating in the group's forum and you go to that user's page, you can see some of the stuff being discussed. I think these discussions should be blocked from appearing on the user's profile page.

What build are you using? Content of private groups is displayed in newsfeed only to those people who are also members of that group.
