What is your Chrome version on Mac?

As to the User connections, you need to increase the max_user_connections value in your php.in, the software is optimized. Do you have a shared server account?

Besides, hosting provider useually tells the server totally meets all requirements. Did you make sure of that? Have you checked your phpinfo?
