Each time a person tries to sign up, the page simply reloads. How do I fix this.
SOmetimes even, the people report that their gmail emails are rejected by the site as not valid. Help me please

disable all 3rd party plugins and switch to default theme and see if theres still a problem

for a start you need make your cron work

Thanks Tammy I'll do just that!
Ive set up my cron to run but I guesss my control panel is just bonkus. Am used to cpanel but am now using plesk. Does anyone know how to set up a cron job using plesk.

Okay my Cron Job is functional. Do you think this has something to do with the mod_security on my server? (the photos failing to upload)

This issue is known to happen to certain browser configurations . Usually those are following ones:
--Enable Autofill to fill out web forms in a single click.
--Offer to save your web passwords.
Try disabling them in your browser settings and see whether this helps.
