Never keep debug and dev mode enabled at the same time, only one at a time, which is why you have those notices. disable dev mode and try again.

dev is off
messages aren't present more, but mistakes that didn't disappear anywhere. Simply them it isn't visible now.

The notices disappeared because you disabled dev mode, which is why you had you site slow and those notices.
Debug mode shows the errors. Do you see any? No.
Never enable debug and dev mode at the same time.
