In the space on the form where you currently have our email address displayed, this should be a space for the user to input their address so that we know where to email them back at.  Currently we have no way of knowing an address of were to reply to unless they put it in the message body... and most won't.

I love the idea of this plugin but it currently will not preform like it should.

Can we discuss changes?
