Same problem here. Reinstalled the plugin, no use. Also doesn't matter what code is in the banner.

We cannot reproduce that on our side. What software version do you have? What is the version of advertisement plugin on your website?

I'm not sure if, this is the right info, but: Platform version: 1.7.2 (8520) and the ad plugin is the newest from the store.

Uninstalled Advertisement plugin from Oxwall admin panel

Removed Advertisement directory from OW_PLUGINS directory

Downloaded the advertisement plugin from Oxwall store

Installed advertisement plugin via oxwall admin panel

Cleared cache

Added banner

Patrick, you cannot update your plugins without updating platform first. As there can be discrepancies and inconsistencies in the code. For example a plugin uses a class which is not included in the platform, because you have not update it yet. Which is why you have different JS errors or even fatal errors.

Please update your platform

we just updated and it throws the site into a 500 error we DE-activate site is fine, we have people pay for banner space so we need this fixed asap

It was clashing with the make a photo a puzzle turned the plugin off ads started working again

are you using default Oxwall software? default photo plugin?
what is the version of your software, photo plugin and advertisement plugin?

I get this error myself but when I enable debug mode nothing shows up just that red ERROR bar.
